F.Y.T.S.: Find Your Talent & Innovators — the directory where people list.
ITO: Initial Talent Offering — after holders vote, it mints TALENTs.
TALENT: The listing you buy and trade after an ITO. Not the person.
TVST: Talevest token — membership and vote. 0.7 TVST opens the product.

Two layers

TALENTs you can trade. A pledge in public.

You buy the listing, not the person. The talent may pledge no more than 10% of profits from work the ITO actually funds. That is a public pledge, not a signed contract, not salary, and not their whole career. They may deliver, or they may not.

Wallet is identity. Bind MetaMask on talevest.app. talevest.ca does not connect a wallet.
0.7 TVST is membership. Live ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain 4663. Ten million fixed. Five million locked until 30 August 2027.

A market for human capital, not a claim on a person.

Most talent products stop at a profile. Talevest splits discovery from settlement, then keeps the pledge off the TALENT so a listing cannot pretend to own the human.
