This document describes the live product. It is not a prospectus, not investment advice, and not an offer of securities. Talevest is a beta. Cryptocurrency can go to zero. Confirm every address on a block explorer before you send value.

1. What Talevest is
Talevest is a human-capital exchange with two layers, kept apart.
- 1. An NFT listing on Robinhood Chain. You can buy it, list it, bid on it, and pay wallet-to-wallet. You buy the listing, not the person.
- 2. A public pledge from the talent: no more than 10% of profits from ventures funded with ITO proceeds. That is a pledge, not a signed contract, not salary, not their whole career, and not a claim on them as a person.
TVST is membership and vote. The Floor is settlement in ETH. Koeta Inc. owns the product. Talevest does not take ITO proceeds, does not hold your keys, and does not promise that a talent will deliver.
2. How it works
Apply
Talent and innovators apply with MetaMask. Commercial listing is 18+. The form is review, not government ID. Applications are mailed to hello@talevest.ca and stored for ops. Apply is open for a window in the season (14 days in the live cycle), then it closes.

Find Your Talent & Innovators is a directory. Browse by category. It is not a government registry. Connecting a wallet does not make someone “verified talent.” They may deliver, or they may not.
Vote
After review, TVST holders vote on-chain on which reviewed talents go forward. Only holders vote. A ballot is irrevocable: once it is cast, the team cannot change or reverse it. The team still chooses who is reviewed onto the slate. The live cycle uses a 7-day vote window. It must close before anything mints.
ITO
When the vote ends, winners mint as an NFT on Robinhood Chain (live cycle: top two, 24-hour offering). You buy that NFT. It is a tradable item. It is not a wage claim and not ownership of the talent.
The Floor
After the ITO, holders can list the NFT. List, bid, pay, wallet-to-wallet. Settlement is ETH on Robinhood Chain. Talevest never holds the money. This is a pilot. You can lose what you pay.
Public pledge — where it lives
The talent states a public pledge: no more than 10% of profits from work the ITO actually funds. It is a public record, not a signed contract, and not an on-chain profit-split field unless a contract actually stores that percentage. Talevest does not take that money, does not control the talent’s bank account, and does not enforce the pledge as a contract.

3. What you are not buying
- Not equity in Koeta Inc.
- Not a share of the talent as a person
- Not salary, wages, or a career-long claim
- Not a licensed brokerage, funding portal, or KYC registry
- Not deposit insurance
- Not a central limit order book
Portraits and profile cards are previews until an NFT exists on-chain and a buyer can actually pay it.

Operations remainder vest: 0x9E084a842164BFb24aBD26DE26840bcF6B6Ae84b holds 400,000 TVST. 0% unlocked on 1 September 2026. 12-month cliff from that date, then 12-month linear. No admin accelerate. 100,000 of the 500,000 ops bucket stays in mint.

5. Weekly gift
In an ON season, a bound wallet can claim 0.7 TVST once per week after one real action that week: bind, vote, or a Floor fill. Cap 50 TVST per wallet per ON season. Cadence is three months on, two months off. First ON season started 1 September 2026 with a 40,000 TVST pool, inside the 500,000 lifetime budget.
This is a gift from a finite pool, not a wage, not a daily faucet, and not a reason to buy a listing.
6. Fees and custody
On ITO and Floor NFT sales, the protocol takes 0.85% of the sale to treasury 0x13f37A8B38b9255e5405d52f7B95c319802ce85C. The seller receives 99.15%. TVST presale coming soon — this site does not sell TVST at a posted price.
Talevest does not take ITO proceeds from the talent’s pledge. Hosts do not hold your private keys. You sign with MetaMask. Lost keys cannot be recovered. On-chain transfers are typically irreversible.

Vote-slate contracts are deployed per round. Confirm the live address on the desk before you vote. Do not send value to an unpublished address.
8. Risk
Talevest is beta software. Features can pause, fail, or change. Smart contracts can have defects. Networks halt. A public pledge is not a guarantee of profit or of delivery. You should not use money you cannot afford to lose.
